David Gough/Courier Press/ A ceremonial ground breaking was held on Saturday at the house that Habitat for Humanity Chatham-Kent is building on Forhan Street in Wallaceburg.

Habitat for Humanity house starting construction this week

David Gough Courier Press Work will start this week on a house Habitat for Humanity Chatham-Kent is building in Wallaceburg on Forhan Street. Bulldozers and other heavy equipment will move in to build a foundation. A foundation for a house and a solid foundation for a Wallaceburg family. Ryan and Becca Davis and their three children will move into the house, and are excited for their first house and also looking forward to contributing to building their future home. A ceremonial ground breaking was held on Saturday. The house will be built on an empty lot on Forhan Street. CONTINUED > PAGE 2
